Price and Delivery Charges:
The delivery charges for each order is subject to the delivery charges and items of your order. The cost for each delivery method is indicated during check-out process. If Spring phoenix cannot able to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there is no additional charges will be for subsequent deliveries.
No use of Spring Phoenix's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.
Delivery:
We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days after confirmation. If there are some delay, will take about 4-7 days. If your order cannot receive in 10 days, you can email to info@springphoenix.com
Refunds:
We will notify and let you know that your refund is approved or cannot approve once we have completed inspection process of your return. If refund request is approved, you will receive the refund amount. Please bear in mind that bank and credit card will take some time to process.
